Moussa Ibrahim is a community-focused banking professional dedicated to expanding access to financial education and capital across Indiana. During their time at Old National, Moussa led and scaled statewide financial education initiatives through the Real Life Finance Program, delivering hundreds of workshops and building partnerships with schools, nonprofits, community centers, and universities to help Hoosiers develop lasting financial confidence and capability. This work shaped a core belief that education and access to capital must go hand in hand to create meaningful economic opportunity.
In their current role, Moussa works closely with the commercial banking team and supports the Empowerment Small Business Loan Program, guiding entrepreneurs across Indianapolis and the state through the financing process. By helping business owners strengthen their financial readiness and connect to responsible lending solutions, Moussa plays a key role in supporting long-term business growth and sustainability.
