This means top to bottom understanding of these values and how to execute them in crucial situations. This also means providing training to those managers who are living the culture everyday and making sure they are adaptable and kind. Personal Board of Directors: It is essential to have a personal board of directors—a village of 8 to 10 people from different backgrounds, races, and ages—who can offer support, insight, and reinforcement when needed and can give you a big picture perspective on what you may need when you are faced with challenges.
