Katelyn Munoz is an Indianapolis-based leader driven by a deep commitment to community, connection, and impact. She currently serves as Vice President of Operations and Marketing Chair for Young Professionals of Central Indiana, where she is in her third year on the board, helping to shape initiatives that empower emerging leaders across the region.

In her professional role as Director of Business Development at Indiana Teen Treatment Center, Katelyn focuses on building meaningful partnerships with schools, youth-serving organizations, and community stakeholders to expand access to critical adolescent mental health and substance use services. Her work is rooted in a passion for youth development and a belief in the power of collaboration to create lasting change.
