About
Casey Crouse is a nonprofit leader and advocate dedicated to empowering the next generation of Hoosiers through innovation, collaboration, and purpose-driven action. With nearly two decades of experience addressing critical community needs, Casey co-founded New Shoe Day on the belief that every child deserves the freedom to walk, run, and play without limits. What began as a grassroots effort has grown into a statewide movement, distributing more than 10,000 new pairs of shoes to youth in need, with over 85 percent reaching children in Marion County.
Building on this momentum, Casey is leading the expansion of Indiana’s first Shoe Bank, developing the infrastructure needed to serve communities at scale year-round and eliminate shoe insecurity across all demographics. In addition to this work, Casey serves on the Board of Governors for Riley Children’s Foundation and Co-Chairs the Strategic Planning Committee, where they contribute expertise in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and long-term strategy.
Through every role, Casey is committed to building strong teams, driving meaningful impact, and creating sustainable solutions to Indiana’s most pressing challenges.
